Scan & Go is an in-app feature that allows you to shop without having to go through the checkout lines in the stores. Simply scan, pay and then you’re ready to step out of the store.
With Scan & Go, you’ll be able to use your mobile device’s camera to scan the barcodes on Kiabi products. The products you have scanned will then be added to your online bag. You can scan as many products as you like and then pay through your mobile device. That’s it! No checkout lines, no hassles! Just convenient shopping.
Yes, you’ll need to download the Kiabi mobile app to be able to use Scan & Go.
There are two ways you can download the Kiabi app. First, simply visit the App Store or Google Play and search for Kiabi. Tap Get or Install to start downloading the app.
You can also scan the QR codes that are displayed throughout our stores and on our store staff’s uniforms. Once the QR code is scanned, follow these steps:
- Tap the push notification that appears on your mobile device
- On the succeeding screen, choose between App Store and Google Play to start the download
The app is available for Apple and Android mobile devices with at least iOS 11 and Lollipop 5.0 installed, respectively.
Yes, you will need data to access Scan & Go. You can also connect to the Wi-Fi service in our stores. Please ask a store staff for the access details.
This is not possible at the moment. You need to be inside a Kiabi UAE store to use Scan & Go. If you are not ready to start scanning yet, you can always shop on the Kiabi App.
While on the Kiabi App, tap on the Scan & Go banner on the upper section of the homepage to launch the feature. Select Start scanning to turn your camera on and then begin scanning your products.
In cases like these, please approach a store staff who will be more than happy to assist you.
You can easily remove products from your Bag by clicking on the trash bin icon beside the product.
To do this, simply scan a product as many times as required. You can make sure that you have the right number of products by checking the specified quantity in your Bag.
No, you can shop as much as you want.
Yes! Our on-sale products will also be available on Scan & Go.
You can pay for your Scan & Go purchases using either your credit/debit card (VISA, MasterCard or Amex) or Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, you will not be able to pay using gift cards or vouchers.
When you checkout, you’ll be given the option to add a new payment card by saving your new card information. If you’d like to remove old payment card information, you can do so by signing in to your account, selecting Account overview and then clicking on Saved cards.
If this happens, you will not be able to make a purchase using Scan & Go. Please get in touch with a store staff who will assist you with alternative payment methods.
Yes! If you have linked your loyalty card number with your Kiabi account, you will earn Happy Points with every Scan & Go purchase.
This may have happened because you have left your Scan & Go bag idle for at least 30 minutes. Add the products to your bag again by re-scanning the barcodes. When you're signed into your Kiabi account, you'll be able to keep items in your bag for longer.
When you exit Scan & Go before paying, you will not be able to save your products. Our products sometimes sell out really quickly so, if you like them, better get them fast!
Don’t worry! Our stores have charging stations for different kinds of mobile devices. Feel free to use them.
After paying for your purchase, please proceed to the store’s Scan & Go desk to present the QR code sent through your e-receipt. At the desk, we’ll also validate your products, remove the RFID tags and bag your items.
